My name is Maria Grazia Piscopiello and I am an Italian mother tongue professional freelance translator.

English and French are my main working languages but, upon request, I also manage other language combinations, thanks to a valuable professional contact network that enables me to cooperate with many colleagues all over the world.

I graduated with honours at SSLMIT (‘Scuola Superiore di Lingue Moderne per Interpreti e Traduttori’ - School for Interpreters and Translators) in Forlì (Emilia Romagna, Italy) in 2007, where I obtained an MA in Technical Translation.

More specifically, I do technical translations and face-to-face interpreting in different fields.

I mainly work not only with translation agencies, but also with private clients.

I am also a member of the following translation associations:

  • Full member of AITI (Italian Translators and Interpreters' Association) since 20121
  • ACIL (IoL, Chartered Institute of Linguists) since 20092
  • Associate of the ITI (Institute of Translation & Interpreting) since 20093
